Isn't it possible that through some temporal anomaly, I came up with it first (in some sense of "first"), and you stole it from me?
Are you suggesting time travel as an alternative explanation without evidence?

Is a "how dare you" statement really a question? Isn't it usually an assertion?
Why are you only pointing out that instance? Did you not notice the many other instances of rhetorical questions, and are they not just as bad?
Can't we all just get along?
