Would that be the recent supreme court decision allowing the executive branch of the US government to give public monies to religious interests without oversight?
It is now the case in the US that while the President may actually be violating the Constitution, we have no legal means of stopping him. Let's just hope they don't extend this to cases beyond allocation of funds.
